Use WHIP when your upload is stable.
Paste this one URL into OBS. Leave Bearer Token empty.
OBS → Settings → Stream → Service: WHIP → Server. Paste this URL; leave Bearer Token empty.
Use SRT for shaky upload or mobile hotspot.
In OBS, set SRT Latency before starting stream. More latency gives packet loss time to recover.
6000 ms
Use when 2000 ms still stalls badly. Also lower bitrate.
Recommended encoder settings: H.264 with a 2-second keyframe interval. B-frames are accepted and normalized for low-latency playback. If the feed still drops, use 720p30 at 2500-4500 kbps.
Use RTMP when your app has no WHIP/SRT.
TCP retransmits, but SRT is better for packet loss.
On a phone?
Try browser broadcast, or use SRT in a streaming app.

Set up a remote OBS camera
Use H.264. High, Main, and Baseline profiles are supported; RTMP/SRT feeds with B-frames are normalized automatically for low-latency playback.
